The Co-Founders

Inspired by the ability to exercise with their grandparents over Facetime video chat, Emily and Benji set out to change the experience of recovery.
After meeting as graduate students in the Masters of Social Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business, they leveraged their complementary skills to launch FlexTogether.

Coming from a healthcare family, Emily is passionate about creating innovative digital health solutions that remain accessible to underserved populations. Emily has experience in marketing, entertainment/video production, and financial services.
Benji Rostoker
Co-Founder & COO
Benji brings his experience as a technologist and family caregiver to FlexTogether. Benji has a depth of experience in software development, web design, and case writing, as well as 10+ years of negotiation and conflict resolution work.
Paulo Ouriques‍
CTO
Paulo is an experienced software engineer developing enterprise and healthcare solutions. Paulo holds a masters in computer science from the Federal University of Campina Grande and a passion for physics and astronomy.
